Applicant may enroll to obtain DSC through http://crgcorporate.in/

• Scan copy of original PAN Card, Address proof and photo should be uploaded.
• Mobile and Email OTP will be written in the proper box.
• At the time of video verification Original PAN and Address proof should be presented.

New/Renew DSC:
In case of Policy 1, no delivery charges is required.
In case of Policy 2, USB Token will be delivered via currier service agency as per the service availability in your pincode. However, for remote location, where these courier agencies doesn’t provide service, we use Indian Postal service.

Refund and Cancellation

Our first and foremost duty is to provide hundred present satisfaction to our customer. USB Token warranty is for one year. During warranty period, we are ready to provide service.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

To obtain DSC, the following information are to be collected:
Name, Address, PAN, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile No, Email ID etc.
On or before expire of DSC, CRG Team will sent intimation through email, phone calls, Voice calls, SMS etc

Terms of Service

A notification is sent to subscriber that the certificate is ready to be downloaded. Along with this notification, an authentication code to download certificate is sent to subscriber. Approved Applications must be downloaded within 30 days. After 30 days applicant can’t be able to download Certificate.

In no event shall CRG, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of the web site.
