Shipping Policy

We follow a simple and affordable shipping rule which are given below:

Policy No: 1

• Applicant may come with original PAN Card and Address proof at our CRG Office at 3/3, M.B. Road, Belghoria , Kolkata- 700056 from Monday to Saturday (Time : 10:30 AM to 07:00 PM.)
• Mobile and Email OTP will be shared by the applicant.
• At the time of video verification Original PAN and Address proof should be presented.

Policy No: 2

Applicant may enroll to obtain DSC through http://crgcorporate.in/

• Scan copy of original PAN Card, Address proof and photo should be uploaded.
• Mobile and Email OTP will be written in the proper box.
• At the time of video verification Original PAN and Address proof should be presented.

Download/Delivery:
New/Renew DSC:
In case of Policy 1, no delivery charges is required.
In case of Policy 2, USB Token will be delivered via currier service agency as per the service availability in your pincode. However, for remote location, where these courier agencies doesn’t provide service, we use Indian Postal service.

Refund and Cancellation

Our first and foremost duty is to provide hundred present satisfaction to our customer. USB Token warranty is for one year. During warranty period, we are ready to provide service.

Refund Policy:

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
